Applied-Pro is a small, woman-owned business that was founded in 2003 by Debra Smouse. Although Debra handles most projects personally, she has a network of associates available for projects requiring additional personnel.

Debra has 12 years of experience in project management, quality assurance,logistical support, and administrative management.  She has the proven ability to deliver projects in a timely manner to exceed a client's objectives. Debra has phenomenal organizational skills, with a forte of working with a project team to make them an efficient team.  When executing work, she keeps in mind the "big picture" goals of the project while considering the needs of individual employees. She is sensitive to a client's corporate culture and various employee roles, skill level and personalities and how those play a role in the success of a project.

Debra Smouse is a Certified ISO 9000 (2000 Standard) Lead Auditor.  She has the experience and training to develop and implement corporate Quality Programs such as Quality Assurance, Quality Assurance to ISO 9000, Internal Audit Programs, and Quality Training. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications.
